Pre pack bill #3361

Signed by the governor the evening of May the 23rd of 2024 going into effect June the 1st of 2025 this prohibits Dispensaries from purchasing deli style flower, shake, and or/kief from the plant indefinitely. After June 1st the transition to pre-pack starts as dispensaries are no longer legally able to purchase deli-style. The deli-style flower still on the shelves for patients that was previously purchased by Dispensaries will dwindle until it is all gone and pre-pack is all that is available going forward.
